Welcome to ABM Global Data ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By creating an account or using any part of the ABM Global Data platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use ABM Global Data. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

ABM Global Data provides a virtual top-up (VTU) platform that allows users to purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, exam pins and related services. We act as an intermediary between you and the relevant network operator or biller.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Funds deposited into your ABM Global Data wallet are non-withdrawable except through service purchases on the platform. You may fund your wallet by bank transfer to your dedicated virtual account number or by card. All amounts are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
We are not a licensed bank or financial institution. Your wallet balance is held in trust solely for the purpose of purchasing services on the platform.
If a transaction fails to deliver on our end (e.g. airtime not received, data not credited), the equivalent amount will be automatically refunded to your ABM Global Data wallet within minutes. Refunds are not issued to external bank accounts or cards unless in exceptional circumstances reviewed by our support team.
Purchases that are successfully delivered are non-refundable.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the ABM Global Data platform are the property of ABM Global Data or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABM Global Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or service interruptions caused by third-party network operators or billers.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ABM Global Data wallet at the time of the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may close your account by contacting our support team. Any unused wallet balance at the time of closure will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
